Media Advisory - Air Canada to Host Team Canada Celebration and Make a Special Announcement

TORONTO, Dec. 15, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Air Canada will host a Team Canada Celebration on Monday, December 18, 2017 in anticipation of the upcoming PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. Air Canada will make a special announcement at that time.

Following the photo opportunity with an Air Canada Dreamliner, Canadian Olympic and Paralympic athletes and others will be available for interviews along with executives from Air Canada, the Canadian Olympic Committee and the Canadian Paralympic Committee.

When: Monday, December 18, 2017

Time: Event begins at 10 a.m., media registration opens at 9 a.m. (please allow 20 minutes for security and registration)

Location: 6420 Silver Dart Drive, Mississauga, Bay 8 Entrance (Air Canada hangar)

  • Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir – Olympians, Figure Skating
  • Cassie Sharpe – Olympic Hopeful, Freestyle Skiing, Halfpipe
