"For Wendy" Big Winner at 2nd Annual Air Canada enRoute Student Film Festival

    TORONTO, Nov. 6 /CNW Telbec/ - The 2nd Annual Air Canada enRoute Student
Film Festival is pleased to announce the winners of this year's Festival. The
awards were given out last night during a ceremony hosted by ET Canada's Rick
Campanelli at the Spoke Club in downtown Toronto.
    Jacquelyn Mills of Montreal took home the major award of the evening for
her film "For Wendy". The Concordia student wins a 2009 Ford Focus vehicle and
an all inclusive Air Canada trip for two to the Palm Springs International
Film Festival.
    Other award winners are as follows:

    Achievement in Cinematography: Benjamin Schuetze for their film "Damian
    and Ende"
    Achivement in Animation: Eva Cvijanovic for her film "Play"
    Achievement in Direction: Brandon Cronenberg and Jonathan Hodgson for
    their film "Broken Tulips"
    People's Choice: Sebastien Rist and Sarah Quinn for their film "This
    Little Piggy"

received numerous awards including Best Travel Magazine at the 2007 North

the student films being showcased inflight.
