a multi-year agreement with Katz Group Canada that will enable members of the
Aeroplan Program to earn miles on purchases at Rexall and Rexall Pharma Plus
locations in Western Canada, Thunder Bay, Ontario and the Northwest
Territories.
    Starting Monday, August 17, 2009, members can earn miles at select Rexall
Drug Stores located in Surrey (BC), Edmonton (AB), Altona and Winnipeg (MB),
Regina (SK), Longlac (ON) and Inuvik (NT). Further details will be made
available when the offer is fully launched in an additional 129 Rexall and
Rexall Pharma Plus locations in the fall.

Aeroplan will be able to offer members the opportunity to earn Miles at
