"My name is Liz and I am a concierge at Air Canada. My focus is personalized service for our Altitude Super Elite 100k customers traveling from Toronto Pearson ensuring that they have a seamless travel experience. Our team assists them with any aspect of their travels needs or with special requests. We also provide Air Canada Signature BMW Chauffeured Service on the ramp for connections from domestic to international flights.

My passion is for the airline industry. Being able to make a difference in the travel experience of our customers is my favourite part of this job. I meet fascinating people from different walks of life and from every corner of the world. I love the fact that we’re here in an international airport. It seems like we have access to the entire globe without ever leaving Toronto Pearson.

One of my proudest moments was when Air Canada selected me to be a torch bearer in Ottawa for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. That was a monumental moment for me. Another was being invited to be a part of the online video for our new Air Canada Signature Class product. It was really cool being part of that story.
